Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations require all broadcast properties to have a copy of the Emergency Alert System Operating Handbook posted at each station control point. The 2023 edition is available for download here, or directly from the FCC website (near the bottom of the page under “ETRS Resources and FAQs”).
