 Job Description: Oversee the operations of 3 local heritage formats with a focus on growing sales and presence in the Mount Washington Valley community and beyond.  Local ownership focuses on large picture planning and investment and the candidate will work in concert with ownership.  Current facility, technology and branding renovations are in progress. Personal sales required.  Development of non-traditional revenue sources to include, event, digital and social media will be overseen by this candidate.  Learn about the group and provide a plan and vision for how you can grow with us! Sales leadership and overall staff management required.  Knowledge of the local community preferred. Non-traditional revenue sources preferred as well.  Salary, commission, bonus plan is flexible and commensurate with experience.
