Claremont, NH: Gregory Uhrin, Manager & COO of Cross Hill Communications, LLC, dba YCN, Your Local View! announced on January 19, 2015 that they were recognized as the 2015 Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce “Business of the Year.” “What a high honor to be singled out of the over 250 good members for this annual homage,” says Uhrin.
In the presentation of the award at the 2015 Chamber’s annual dinner and meeting held on the campus of Colby-Sawyer College on January 12, 2015, YCN was acknowledged for their value to the community producing news, public affairs and sports for the region for over 25 years. Their unique television programs can be seen in over 60,000 households over the air, on cable and online.

YCN produces programming for their two TV stations in the Lake Sunapee Region. WYCX is an Outside Television affiliate providing active lifestyle programming and WYCU is a Retro TV affiliate carrying classic television programming. YCN produces all their local programs out of their Claremont, NH studio including; Game of the Week, Kearsarge Chronicle, River Valley Chronicle and Capital Connections. Special programs this year have included NH Senate and Sullivan County Sheriff candidate debates, the Area Choir Christmas Concert, the Mount Sunapee Resort master plan hearings and many high school tournament games. Both stations reach over 60,000 TV households over the air and on cable in Vermont and New Hampshire.
