RAB invites you to be a part of the in-person Certified Radio Sales Manager class to be held in Boston, MA – August 2-4, 2016.
This session is for anyone who has “manager” on their business card and is responsible for people and revenue or aspires to become a manager. It is filled with practical “hands on” information that can be taken back to the station for immediate implementation or to help spot “danger” signs. At the end of the class, all attendees will be given a final exam, and if passed with a 70% or more, will earn their CRSM accreditation.
You were the top biller; making great money and enjoying freedom. Then, BAM! – now you’re the manager. Your results are dependent now on systems, analytics, and other people. In this intense three-day workshop, you’ll compare notes with other managers about what’s working in their markets. You’ll learn the tips and trends from the best in the business on ways to be an effective manager. You’ll leave knowing how to measure what matters: recruiting, motivating, leading, and inspiring your team to perform at their very best.
At the end of the three day session you will take a final exam and earn the industry gold standard CRSM certification.
Radio Sales Fundamentals: an RAB one-day workshop Monday, August 1 in Boston, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
This fast-paced program covers the 10 fundamentals of radio sales. It is designed for newer salespeople and veterans in need of refreshing and recharging.
