What We Need: iHeartMedia Boston is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Professional to focus on creating and executing impactful campaigns for multiple radio stations.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute Marketing and promotional campaigns such as on-air/online/social media contesting, events, and other promotional activities from start to finish.
  • Discover and cultivate community relationships, maximizing opportunity for all involved parties.
  • Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for on-air, digital, social media, and other contests.
  • Perform basic office administrative functions including prize fulfillment and station website updates.

  • Experience with supervising personnel.                                                                             

What You'll Bring:

  • Performs basic office administrative functions including prize fulfillment and station website updates.
  • Hire, train, recruit and supervise the on-site promotion team to handle all on-site events and appearances.
  • Assists on-site promotion team when needed, including setting up, breaking down and transporting equipment.
  • Drives promotional vehicles.
  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
  • Full proficiency and understanding of job function
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

  • Experience in team and project management for mid-sized projects
