What We Need: iHeartMedia Boston is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Professional to focus on creating and executing impactful campaigns for multiple radio stations.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute Marketing and promotional campaigns such as on-air/online/social media contesting, events, and other promotional activities from start to finish.
- Discover and cultivate community relationships, maximizing opportunity for all involved parties.
- Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for on-air, digital, social media, and other contests.
- Perform basic office administrative functions including prize fulfillment and station website updates.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
- Experience with supervising personnel.

- Hire, train, recruit and supervise the on-site promotion team to handle all on-site events and appearances.
- Assists on-site promotion team when needed, including setting up, breaking down and transporting equipment.
- Drives promotional vehicles.
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
- Full proficiency and understanding of job function
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
