The NHAB In-State and Washington Hotlines are for NHAB members only. All members who are up-to-date and have paid their annual dues can use the following hotlines at no charge.

The NHAB is happy to provide its members with the following in-state and Washington, D.C. hotline numbers. If you have a general business-related question, or a broadcast-specific question, just pick up the phone and call the most appropriate legal hotline. The only thing you pay for is the phone call - the information you receive from the attorney is free of charge!

Bios

Richard Zaragoza
Mr. Zaragoza is the chair of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman's communications group and counsels a broad range of communications clients and focuses on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. He represents the National Alliance of State Broadcasters Associations (NASBA) - an organization which the NHAB is part of. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

Debbie Martin-Demers
Attorney Martin-Demers joined the law firm of Craighead and Martin, PLLC in September of 1998. She has served as legal counsel for the New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters for over ten (10) years. She is currently a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association and the NH Women's Bar Association. She is a trained in Collaborative law and she is a member of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also the author of the New Hampshire Association of Broadcaster's Legal Guide.
